Description

A simple recipe for cooking duck breast in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 2 duck breasts
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Score the skin of the duck breasts in a crosshatch pattern.
  3. Season the duck breasts with salt and pepper.
  4. Rub olive oil on the duck breasts.
  5. Place the duck breasts skin-side down in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 10 minutes.
  7. Flip the duck breasts and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
