Description
A crispy and spicy snack made with flavored paneer, cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 200g paneer
- 1 cup gram flour (besan)
- 2 tablespoons rice flour
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Water as needed
- Oil spray
Instructions
- Cut paneer into bite-sized cubes.
- In a bowl, mix gram flour, rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt.
- Add lemon juice and enough water to make a smooth batter.
- Coat each paneer cube in the batter.
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
- Arrange the coated paneer in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Spray a little oil on top of the paneer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve hot with your choice of chutney.
Notes
- Adjust spice levels according to your taste.
- Make sure the paneer is well coated with the batter for a crispy texture.
- You can add chopped herbs for extra flavor.
