Description

A crispy and spicy snack made with flavored paneer, cooked in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 200g paneer
  • 1 cup gram flour (besan)
  • 2 tablespoons rice flour
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Water as needed
  • Oil spray

Instructions

  1. Cut paneer into bite-sized cubes.
  2. In a bowl, mix gram flour, rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt.
  3. Add lemon juice and enough water to make a smooth batter.
  4. Coat each paneer cube in the batter.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
  6. Arrange the coated paneer in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Spray a little oil on top of the paneer.
  8. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  9. Serve hot with your choice of chutney.
