A simple and delicious recipe for making forloren hare in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 whole hare, cleaned
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary, thyme, and lemon juice.
- Rub the mixture all over the hare.
- Place the hare in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Check the internal temperature; it should reach 75°C (165°F).
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
