Description

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs flank steak
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  3. Rub the mixture on both sides of the flank steak.
  4. Place the steak in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Check for desired doneness and remove from air fryer.
  7. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
