A simple recipe for air fryer flank steak.

- 1.5 lbs flank steak
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Rub the mixture on both sides of the flank steak.
- Place the steak in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for desired doneness and remove from air fryer.
- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time for thickness of the steak.
- Serve with your choice of sides.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
