Description
Crispy air fryer French fries made with fresh potatoes.
Ingredients

- 2 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Wash and peel the potatoes.
- Cut them into thin strips.
- Soak the potato strips in water for 30 minutes.
- Drain and pat the potatoes dry.
- Mix potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Add potatoes to the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Remove and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak longer.
- Adjust cooking time based on thickness.
- Try adding garlic powder for flavor.
