Ingredients

- 4 pork chops
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Marinate pork chops in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
- In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Remove pork chops from buttermilk and coat them in the flour mixture.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place pork chops in the basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until cooked through and crispy.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For extra crunch, double dip in buttermilk and flour.
- Cook in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding.
