Description

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Marinate pork chops in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Remove pork chops from buttermilk and coat them in the flour mixture.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  6. Place pork chops in the basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until cooked through and crispy.
  8. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
