A simple and tasty recipe for making frikadeller in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 500g ground pork
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 100g breadcrumbs
- 100ml milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground pork, onion, egg, breadcrumbs, milk, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Shape the mixture into small patties.
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
- Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for doneness and adjust cooking time if needed.
Notes
- Serve with potatoes and gravy.
- Can be frozen for later use.
