Description

A simple and tasty recipe for making frikadeller in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 500g ground pork
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 100g breadcrumbs
  • 100ml milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground pork, onion, egg, breadcrumbs, milk, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  2. Shape the mixture into small patties.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
  4. Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Check for doneness and adjust cooking time if needed.
