Description
Crispy air fryer spring rolls filled with vegetables.
Ingredients
- Spring roll wrappers – 10 pieces
- Shredded cabbage – 1 cup
- Carrots, julienned – 1/2 cup
- Bell pepper, thinly sliced – 1/2 cup
- Green onions, chopped – 1/4 cup
- Garlic, minced – 2 cloves
- Soy sauce – 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil – 1 tablespoon
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place a spring roll wrapper on a flat surface.
- Add a spoonful of the filling to the center of the wrapper.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly.
- Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly spray the spring rolls with cooking oil.
- Place spring rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
Notes
- Serve with dipping sauce of your choice.
- You can add protein like shrimp or chicken if desired.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
