Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup ketchup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf.
  5. Spread ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.
  6. Place the meatloaf in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  8. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
