Ingredients

- 2 large potatoes, grated
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Grate the potatoes and rinse them in cold water.
- Drain and pat the potatoes dry with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, mix the grated potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Spread the potato mixture evenly in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for crispiness and cook longer if needed.
- Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add onion or cheese to the mixture.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Reheat in the air fryer for best results.
