Description

Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes, grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Grate the potatoes and rinse them in cold water.
  3. Drain and pat the potatoes dry with a paper towel.
  4. In a bowl, mix the grated potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  5. Spread the potato mixture evenly in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Check for crispiness and cook longer if needed.
  8. Remove and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add onion or cheese to the mixture.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
