Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Grate the peeled potatoes and soak them in cold water for 10 minutes.
  3. Drain the potatoes and pat them dry with a towel.
  4. In a bowl, mix the grated potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through for even cooking.
  7. Check for crispiness and cook longer if needed.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy.
