Description
A creamy and cheesy potato gratin made in the air fryer.
Ingredients

- 4 large potatoes, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Gruyere)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh herbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the air fryer basket.
- Pour half of the cream mixture over the potatoes.
- Sprinkle half of the cheese on top.
- Add the remaining potatoes and cover with the rest of the cream mixture.
- Top with the remaining cheese.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and cheese is golden.
Notes
- Adjust the cooking time based on the thickness of the potato slices.
- Use a mandoline for even slicing.
- Experiment with different cheeses for varied flavors.
