Description

A creamy and cheesy potato gratin made in the air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Gruyere)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh herbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the air fryer basket.
  4. Pour half of the cream mixture over the potatoes.
  5. Sprinkle half of the cheese on top.
  6. Add the remaining potatoes and cover with the rest of the cream mixture.
  7. Top with the remaining cheese.
  8. Drizzle with olive oil.
  9. Cook for 25-30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and cheese is golden.

Notes

  • Adjust the cooking time based on the thickness of the potato slices.
  • Use a mandoline for even slicing.
