Description

A delicious potato gratin made in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the sliced potatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Layer half of the potatoes in the air fryer basket.
  4. Pour half of the cream over the potatoes.
  5. Sprinkle half of the cheese on top.
  6. Add the remaining potatoes, cream, and cheese.
  7. Cook in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
