Description
A delicious potato gratin made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 4 medium potatoes, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
- In a bowl, mix the sliced potatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Layer half of the potatoes in the air fryer basket.
- Pour half of the cream over the potatoes.
- Sprinkle half of the cheese on top.
- Add the remaining potatoes, cream, and cheese.
- Cook in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

- Adjust the cheese type to your preference.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
