Description

Delicious kebabs cooked in an air fryer for a quick and easy meal.


Ingredients

  • 500g minced meat
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Skewers, soaked in water

Instructions

  1. Mix minced meat, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Shape the meat mixture around the skewers.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (392°F).
  4. Place the skewers in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through.
  6. Ensure the meat is cooked through before serving.
