Ingredients

- 500g minced meat
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- Mix minced meat, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape the meat mixture around the skewers.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (392°F).
- Place the skewers in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Ensure the meat is cooked through before serving.
Notes
- Adjust spices to your taste.
- Serve with your choice of sauce or salad.
- Can use chicken or lamb instead of beef.
