A delicious and easy recipe for chicken cordon bleu made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 4 slices of ham
- 4 slices of cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 egg
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Butterfly the chicken breasts and pound them flat.
- Layer ham and cheese inside each chicken breast.
- Fold the chicken over to enclose the filling.
- Dredge each piece in flour, dip in beaten egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Place in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Notes
- Make sure to seal the edges well.
- You can use any type of cheese.
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the chicken.
