Description

Crispy chicken thighs cooked in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Rub the mixture all over the chicken thighs.
  5. Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  8. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust cooking time for larger or smaller thighs.
  • Serve with your choice of sides.
