Description
A simple recipe for crispy loempia made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- Spring rolls wrappers – 10 pieces
- Shredded cabbage – 1 cup
- Carrots, julienned – 1 cup
- Bean sprouts – 1 cup
- Cooked shrimp or chicken, diced – 1 cup
- Garlic, minced – 2 cloves
- Soy sauce – 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, shrimp or chicken, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Place a spoonful of the filling onto a spring roll wrapper.
- Roll the wrapper tightly, folding in the sides.
- Brush the rolls lightly with vegetable oil.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange the rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables as you like.
- Ensure the rolls are sealed properly to prevent filling from escaping.
- Adjust cooking time based on air fryer model.
