Description

A simple recipe for crispy loempia made in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • Spring rolls wrappers – 10 pieces
  • Shredded cabbage – 1 cup
  • Carrots, julienned – 1 cup
  • Bean sprouts – 1 cup
  • Cooked shrimp or chicken, diced – 1 cup
  • Garlic, minced – 2 cloves
  • Soy sauce – 2 tablespoons
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon
  • Salt – to taste
  • Pepper – to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, shrimp or chicken, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Place a spoonful of the filling onto a spring roll wrapper.
  4. Roll the wrapper tightly, folding in the sides.
  5. Brush the rolls lightly with vegetable oil.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Arrange the rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  8. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
