Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Coat chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Add vegetables around the chicken.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Check internal temperature of chicken to reach 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
