Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- Rub the mørbrad with olive oil.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper evenly over the meat.
- Place the mørbrad in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check the internal temperature; it should reach 63°C (145°F) for medium rare.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
