A quick and easy mug cake recipe made in the air fryer.
Ingredients

- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe mug, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the mug in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes until the cake is set.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on the size of your mug.
- You can add chocolate chips for extra flavor.
- Serve with whipped cream or ice cream if desired.
