Description

A quick and easy mug cake recipe made in the air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe mug, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Place the mug in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes until the cake is set.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
