Ingredients

- 1 pound of mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine mushrooms, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss until mushrooms are evenly coated.
- Place the mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for doneness and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes if needed.
- Serve hot.

- Use different types of mushrooms for variety.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
