Ingredients

Instructions

  4. Add grated carrots to the wet mixture.
  5. Combine dry and wet ingredients. Stir until just mixed.
  6. Fold in walnuts if using.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased air fryer-safe pan.
  8. Air fry for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before serving.
