A simple recipe for cooking gammon in an air fryer.

- 1 kg gammon joint
- 200 ml apple juice
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
- Score the fat on the gammon joint in a diamond pattern.
- Mix apple juice, brown sugar, mustard powder, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Brush the mixture over the gammon.
- Place the gammon in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, basting halfway through.
- Check the internal temperature; it should reach at least 75°C (167°F).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
