Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in size.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through.
- Check the internal temperature; it should reach 160°F (70°C).
- Serve hot with your choice of sauce.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on the size of meatballs.
- For extra flavor, add spices to your preference.
- These can be frozen after cooking for later use.
